How do I cancel my order?
If your order was placed within the last hour and you would like to cancel, you may login to your account and visit "My Order History". From there, you may click "Cancel" next to your recent order. Please note that this option will not be available after the first hour of order placement. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. If you placed your order as a guest, you can contact our Customer Care Team within the first hour of order placement via telephone at 1-888-623-2880 for assistance.
