Document Why is my promotional code not applying to my order?

We're sorry of the troubles redeeming your promotional code!

Below are the most common reasons why the code is unable to be applied to your purchase:
  • Your order does meet meet the minimum purchase threshold
  • Another promotional code or discount is already added to the order. (The majority of our promotions are not combinable with one another)
  • The promotion has expired or is no longer available
  • You have already redeemed the promotion previously
  • The items in your basket are excluded from the promotion. Our dollar or discount based promotions are not combinable with gift sets or sale items.
  • The eligible products have not been added before the promotional code has been applied
  • Some of our promotions cannot be redeemed during guest checkout, you may need to log in to your account.
To help you successfully redeem your code, we encourage you to review the terms and conditions associated with the promotion. You can find the terms and conditions of a promotion listed on the email or flyer containing your promo code and on the special offers tab of our website.
