
How can I track my order?
Want to keep updated on your order status? Tracking your order can be done in the following ways:
1. If you have an account with L'Occitane, you may login and visit "My Order History", then click on "Track My Order" next to order you wish to track.
2. If your order was placed as a guest, you can click on the profile icon in the top right corner of our website and select "Track My Order". Once you enter your order number and email address, your order status will be displayed.
3. You may view your tracking details via your shipping confirmation email using the clickable link in the email.
4. You may enter your tracking number into the corresponding carrier's website for the most up to date information. We encourage you to register for carrier alerts so that you are informed when your order has been delivered.
