How do I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so using the following steps.
1. Login to your L'Occitane account and navigate to the "My Orders -> My Recurring Orders" section of your account.
2. On this page, you will see your active subscriptions. Click on the "More Options" button next to the corresponding product, where a drop down list will appear. Select "Cancel Subscription".
3. A pop up window will appear with available options. To move forward with the cancellation, click "Cancel Subscription" located in the lower right hand corner of the window. Once this is clicked, your subscription will be cancelled and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
