Document My tracking information says that my order has been delivered to Silverwater NSW.

If your tracking information states that your order has been delivered to SILVERWATER NSW, we regret to inform you that your package has been sent back to our warehouse facility. Packages that are considered undeliverable and are often sent back due (but not limited) to incomplete/non-existent addresses, items that have been at the Post Office past their holding time or potentially it was damaged in transit and returned to us due to being undeliverable.
