What does my order Status mean?
Reviewing – means that your order has been placed and awaiting to be processed by the team
Picking items – means your order is currently being picked by the team
Packing items – means your order is currently being packed by the team
Shipped – means your order has been consigned and picked up by the courier service
Closed – means your order has been shipped out and fulfilled
On Hold – means that one of your items may be out of stock and we are holding your order until we receive our next stock delivery
Cancelled – means that your order has been cancelled due to a request that you have sent to customer service
For Click and Collect orders:
Received by store – means the store that you have selected is currently preparing your order for pickup
Ready to collect – means your order is now ready for collection at the selected store
Collected – means the order has been collected from the store
Cancelled – means that the store was not able to fulfil the order and the order has been cancelled (you will also receive an email confirming this)
