To return your items, you can take your purchase, along with your invoice, to any stand-alone L'Occitane boutique.

Alternatively, you can post it back to us. Please keep hold of your proof of purchase until your return has been processed.


Please ensure you include your name, contact details and order number within your parcel so we can link the return to yourself when it reaches our warehouse.

ROYAL MAIL:

Head over to the Royal Mail website to create your return label. No printer required as a QR code can be emailed. If you don't have your invoice/order number, please enter your email address instead as shown below:




You can then drop it off at any post office or Royal Mail service point or arrange for the collection from your home, your workplace or from a Safeplace. Collections are charged at £0.50 per item plus VAT by Royal Mail.


INPOST LOCKER:

FREE Returns with INPOST LOCKERS. No printing required. This service is available 24/7 & is self-service.

  1. Visit the InPost portal to create a QR code: https://returns.inpost.co.uk/loccitane
  2. Scan the code on your phone at your local locker
  3. Put your parcel inside and shut the door


Upon receipt of your parcel, we will contact you to organise the exchange or refund.

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment.

All items must be returned within 28 days of the date of purchase.

All items must be unopened and in a saleable condition. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.

Items returned with a gift receipt are subject to exchange only.

Any promotional gifts received with products must also be returned or the value will be deducted from the refund.

Purchases made in our Outlet boutiques (Bicester, Portsmouth and Cheshire Oaks) can only be exchanged at the store of purchase.
