What are the benefits of creating a L’OCCITANE account?
A L’OCCITANE account will keep a list of your order history, so you can easily reorder any product you love. It allows you to save your method of payment and all shipping addresses for a faster checkout process. Through your account you are also given a one-hour remorse period for every order, which allows you to make any modifications to your order, or to cancel it (within one business hour or order placement).
Customers with L’OCCITANE accounts are also eligible to receive a birthday gift each year (with a purchase), should they choose to enter their birthday into their account and opt in to receive email notifications.
