How do I know my order was successfully placed?
If your order was placed sucessfully, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. As our emails are sometimes redirected, we ask that you check your spam or promotions folder. You will also see a pending transaction from L'Occitane on your payment method. You can also check the status of your order online by signing into your account and visiting "Order History".
