My order arrived with damaged or missing products. What should I do?
We are sorry that your order arrived damaged or did not contain all products purchased. Please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-877-212-0238 or at contact.en-ca@loccitane.com with your order number along with details of the damaged or missing items. We will be happy to provide a solution for you. If sending an email, you are welcome to provide photographs of damaged packages, but please do not send images over 100 KB, as we may not receive them.
