Document When I track my order it says "delivered" but I have not received it. What should I do?

Do not fret. From time to time Canada Post will mark packages as “delivered” when they arrive to their local sorting facility. Because of this, we ask that you please allow the full 10 business days for your package to be delivered to you.

If you still have not received your package within 10 business days, we ask that you contact us at 1-877-212-0238 or email us at contact.en-ca@loccitane.com for further assistance.
