Document I received my order confirmation and I realised my order has the incorrect address

Please reach our Customer Care team as soon as you can, once it has been exported to the warehouse we are unable to adjust or edit any addresses. 

L'Occitane is unable to take any responsibility for addresses filled in incorrectly and the misdirection of parcels due to this.
