Document Why there is a hold on my account - Was I double charged?

Once you place an order online, our system authorizes your account to make sure the funds are available. If the transaction processes without issue, this authorization will convert to a charge once the order is fulfilled. If the order is cancelled, the authorization will remain on your account until your financial institution who issued your card removes it.
