Which carrier do you use and how much does it cost to send my order?
L'OCCITANE IRELAND delivers to any addresses in the Republic of Ireland. We use An Post to deliver your order. However, we may use an alternative carrier for large orders or specific requirements.
If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the products, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of the products.

You will receive your order within 2-4 working days (subject to stock availability).
Standard delivery is FREE for orders of €30 or more.

Our Click and Collect service gives you another great way to shop your favourite products at L’OCCITANE. Simply order online and then choose a boutique to pick up at a time that suits you.
Click and Collect is free on all orders. All you need to do is select ‘Click and Collect’ in the delivery options during the checkout process. You can then search for your nearest store either by entering the name of the town or city you wish to collect it from.
The collection time will depend on the stores opening times, so be sure to check these by first by clicking on the link under the stores details.
