Why is my promotional code not working?
We are sorry to hear you were unable to apply your promotional code to your order.
Before we can look into this further for you, can you please confirm if you've followed the instrcutions below:
1. Check that your promotional code has been properly typed in without spaces.
2. Make sure to add the required items to your basket and that you have only one promotional code in you basket.
3. Check that the offer has not expired.
4. If your offer code is for a discount, check that your basket does not contain an advent calendar, gift set or other promotional collection.
If you have checked all the above points and your promotional code has not been accepted, please contact Customer Service Team on 1800 901 501, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm (excluding bank holidays) and Saturdays 9.00am-5.00pm.
