We're sorry to hear that your order arrived incomplete. Please email us or call us on 0800 368 9000 Monday to Friday - 9am to 6.00pm, Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm excluding Bank Holidays, with your order number ready and we will arrange for the missing item to be sent to you.
