How long does delivery take?
L'OCCITANE UK delivers to any addresses in the UK (excluding Channel Islands). We use the reliable, efficient courier company Royal Mail to deliver your order. If you wish to order products to be delivered outside of the UK, please visit our global website www.loccitane.com.
Standard delivery - £3.95 or FREE for orders over £35*
- No matter how many items you order, our standard UK delivery rate is £3.95.

Click & Collect - FREE
Our Click and Collect service gives you another great way to shop your favourite products at L’OCCITANE. Simply order online and then choose a boutique to pick up at a time that suits you.The service is free and we will send an email to let you know that your package has arrived and is ready for collection. You will need to take ID and a copy of your order confirmation when you collect your order.
Next Working Day Delivery - £5.95
