Can I collect my order in store?

Click and Collect is a free service we offer to allow you to collect your online purchases from one of our boutiques.
 
All you need to do is select ‘Click and Collect’ in the delivery options during the checkout process. You can then search for your nearest store either by entering your post code or the name of the town or city you wish to collect it from.


 
If the products are available in the boutique, the store will prepare your order and you will be able to collect your order within four hours.  The collection time will depend on the stores opening times, so be sure to check these by first by clicking on the link under the stores details.
 
If the store is out of stock of one or more of your items, we will ship your order to the store. Shipping is also free of charge and your order will be ready to collect within 2-3 working days.
 
We will send you an email to let you know when your order is ready for collection. You will need to take a copy of your order confirmation and a form of ID (Driving licence, debit or credit card etc) with you when you collect your order.
 
If you would like to send a friend or relative to collect your order on your behalf, they will need to take your ID and your order confirmation with them to store.
