Document I checked out as a guest. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! L’OCCITANE understands that everyone wants to track their order, including our customers who prefer to check out as guests.

  1. Click on “Register / Edit Account” on the top right corner (yes, even if you don’t have an account!)
  2. Fill in the order number under “Track My Order”. You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
  3. Fill in the email address used to place your order under “Track My Order”
  4. Click “Track My Order” button. If the email address and order number are valid, you will be redirected to the Order History page where you can track your order.
