I checked out as a guest. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! L’OCCITANE understands that everyone wants to track their order, including our customers who prefer to check out as guests.
- Click on “Register / Edit Account” on the top right corner (yes, even if you don’t have an account!)
- Fill in the order number under “Track My Order”. You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
- Fill in the email address used to place your order under “Track My Order”
- Click “Track My Order” button. If the email address and order number are valid, you will be redirected to the Order History page where you can track your order.
