1. Identify yourself
2. Click "Order History" on the left hand side
3. Check the "Order status": OPEN, PICKING, SHIPPED or CLOSED. If the status is "CLOSED", click the package number of your order to track its delivery if it is shipped with FedEx. If your order shipped with Canada Post kindly call or email customer service for tracking information.
4. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you if the order has been shipped with FedEx. The tracking link you received is activated within 24 to 48 hours, i.e. the time it takes for the carrier to digitally receive the package. We invite you to track your order after this time period. If your order is shipped with Canada Post, kindly call or email customer service for tracking information.
