Document I checked out as a guest. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We all change our minds and that is ok! L’OCCITANE understands that our customers who prefer to check out as guests may also be in the situation where they need to modify or cancel and order. This is available up to one hour after you place your order.

  1. Click on “Register / Edit Account” on the top right corner (yes, even if you don’t have an account!)
  2. Fill in the order number under “Track My Order”. You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
  3. Fill in the email address used to place your order under “Track My Order”
  4. Click “Track My Order” button. If the email address and order number are valid, you will be redirected to the Order History page.
  5. Click the “Cancel My Order” button on the right of your order
  6. Confirm that you wish to cancel by clicking “Yes, Cancel”

Once an order is successfully cancelled, you will receive an email confirming the order cancellation. The status of the order will also display “Cancelled” on your order history page.
