I just placed my order and I don’t see it in the My Orders page under my account
Thank you for placing an order with us! As part of our new website, we have updated our checkout process to allow customers an easy shopping experience.
You may have checked out as a guest instead of logging in to your L’OCCITANE account before placing your order. Of course, we will take care of your order and ship your favorite products as soon as possible, but this order will not be associated with your L’OCCITANE account.
Checking out as a guest is a seamless and convenient way to shop with us and we want to protect the privacy of our customers who select this option.
We will still be able to see and process your order in our system, and we now offer a shipment tracking page for our guest orders. To find out how to track guest orders, see “I checked out as a guest. How do I track my order?” under "My Delivery" for further instruction.
To make sure that you see all your favorite L’OCCITANE products and recent purchases in the same place, please make sure that you are logged in to your account on the website before you check out the next time.
